First things first, I am guest posting HERE today about great holiday look items so
be sure to check it out!
I sometimes think I take happiness for granted. This past weekend I cracked with
feelings of depression and anxiety.
It was over nothing serious, it was something so simple that most of you would probably laugh. But that's okay because I have a different heart, we all do and different things
effect us all so differently.
It is proof that God knows each of us individually.
I was searching on www.wholeliving.com for tips and help to overcome it
and I came across this is a stress free road map printable HERE
They also gave amazing tips I wanted to share just in case any of you
have ever felt the same way that I did.
Yoga and mediation
I can not wait to try these poses, they look so relaxing and
I can do it 10 minutes in the morning before leaving for classes.
Do you have any favorite yoga videos you watch???
I would LOVE to know about them!
It has to be one of my favorite sites of all time
Eat Good Mood Foods
{Especially Omega 3's}
This one is going to be HARD for me.
I am not a big salmon lover.
I guess I could learn to drink more milk and enjoy eggs more often.
Take care of SELF
{Serenity, Exercise, Love and Food}
It is all about balance in our lives.
I love these two quotes:
"Money doesn't buy happiness - it buys choices; happiness comes from being spiritually and emotionally healthy"
"We are where we are today by the choices we have made or have allowed someone else to make for us."
I would love to hear how you balance your life with emotional and physical health!
What do you do to stay healthy???

Great post Ashley. To stay healthy I started taking Vitalizer vitamins and ever since I have felt great. Migraines gone, mood is better, I am well rested and energized. I definitely agree that proper nourishment can help you achieve emotional and physical health
